智通财经APP讯，沧港铁路(02169)发布公告，由于毕马威会计师事务所与公司未能就集团截至2024年12月31日止年度的综合财务报表审核(2024年审核)的核数师酬金达成共识，毕马威会计师事务所辞任公司的核数师一职，自2024年10月31日起生效。
董事会在审核委员会的建议下，决议委任国卫会计师事务所有限公司(国卫)为公司的新核数师，自2024年10月31日起生效，以填补因毕马威会计师事务所辞任后的临时空缺，并留任至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
