BlockBeats 消息，10 月 30 日，Chainlink 联合创始人 Sergey Nazarov 在由 Chainlink 举办的 2024 SmartCon 大会上宣布，引入 Chainlink 运行时环境（CRE），这是一项重要的链上平台升级，即：
· 新的模块化、可组合架构
· 可扩展至数千条区块链
· 针对资本市场用户的深度定制
· 自助式产品开发
此次平台升级将预言机网络的核心功能精炼为模块化能力（例如，读取链上数据、调用 API 等），开发者可以自由组合这些能力，创建自定义的工作流。每项能力由单一的去中心化预言机网络（DON）保障安全，且这些能力可在多个工作流中复用。
Chainlink 运行时环境（CRE）是 Chainlink 平台的引擎。CRE 通过在触发条件满足时执行工作流，将所有功能整合在一起，并利用 DON 到 DON 的通信来连接各种能力。借助 CRE，开发者可以直接在 Chainlink 平台上组合功能，而无需将 Chainlink 特定的代码添加到其核心链上应用逻辑中。
该升级将分阶段推出，以确保现有 Chainlink 服务用户在过渡期间保持高度安全。
