智通财经APP获悉，狮腾控股(02562)再涨超8%，截至发稿，涨8.31%，报19.3港元，成交额672.02万港元。
消息面上，10月30日，狮腾控股Synagistics借壳香港SPAC（特殊目的收购公司）汇德收购在香港交易所上市。值得一提的是，本次交易成为香港首宗de-SPAC。据悉，Synagistics为东南亚领先的数据驱动数字商务解决方案平台。根据灼识咨询的资料，按2023年的收入计算，是东南亚电商行业十大数字解决方案提供商之一。并购交易完成后，阿里巴巴的持股为27.89％，仍是单一最大股东。
