智通财经APP讯，比特元宇宙(08645)发布公告，近日，集团间接全资附属公司智慧数字人科技(深圳)有限公司(智慧数字人)与上海月之暗面科技有限公司(月之暗面，英文名“Moonshot AI”)签订《推广合作协定》(合作协定)。智慧数字人作为月之暗面的非独家合作方，为其在第三方互联网平台提供推广服务。该合作协定的期限至2025年9月30日止，合作期限届满后需另行签署书面续期协议。
董事会相信，今次属集团附属公司首次与中国知名大模型人工智能公司合作推广服务，为集团在中国进一步发展互联网推广业务打下了品牌和管道基础。董事会认为，集团不时探索机会以扩大其现有业务组合及从事具有增长潜力的新业务营运以及扩大其收入来源对本公司有利。因此，董事会认为订立该等合作符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
