消息面上，美埃科技10月14日晚间公告，为加强不同业务间的协同效应，公司拟指定全资子公司美埃香港控股收购捷芯隆。每股现金作价0.25港元，较10月8日停牌前收报溢价25%，最高现金对价约2.39亿港元。生效后，公司将向联交所申请撤销股份的上市地位。目前，要约人及其一致行动人士共计持有公司本55.27%。
