粤海投资（00270.HK）2024年第三季度业绩电话会：今年前三季度，公司收入增长显著，主要得益于置地卖房增多，收入达40亿，其中卖房27亿。净利润受非经营性因素影响下降6.1，但若不考虑这些因素，税前利润基本持平。碧海置地存货风险降低，存货从327亿降至300亿，预售收款达105亿。分红与利润相关，若利润增长，分红可能增加，目前分红率维持65%。水务板块和物业出租板块表现稳健，东江水板块虽有波动，但整体收入仍有3.8个百分点的增长。经营性现金流表现良好，现金流入增加12个单位。
