Waratah Minerals (ASX:WTM) appointed non-executive director Andrew Stewart as non-executive chairman, effective Monday, according to a same-day filing with the Australian bourse.
Stewart succeeds Darryl Clark who moved back into a non-executive director position following increased commitments, the filing said.
