40单元史上最强核显！AMD锐龙AI MAX 300系列渲染图出炉
快科技11月3日消息，Strix Halo，也就是锐龙AI MAX 300系列，可以说是近期最受关注和期待的产品了，因为它将集成史无前例的强大GPU，有说法称能媲美移动版RTX 4070。
MLID放出了一张锐龙AI MAX PRO 300系列的渲染图(非PRO标准版也一样就是这名字真长啊)，可以明显看到采用了chiplet分离式设计。
这也是AMD第一次原生针对移动端设计的chiplet芯片——HX系列是桌面版的简单移植。
它包含三颗芯片，其中两颗较小的是CCD，集成CPU核心与缓存，最多16个Zen5、16MB二级缓存、32MB三级缓存。
较大的则是IOD，集成GPU、NPU、IO，最多40个RDNA3.5 CU单元，还有32MB无限缓存。
NPU部分和Strix Point锐龙AI 300系列一样是AIE2+第二代架构，算力提高到60 TOPS。
锐龙AI MAX 300系列将在CES 2025上正式发布，已知有三款型号：
锐龙AI MAX+ 395：16核心CPU、40核心GPU
锐龙AI MAX 390：12核心CPU、40核心GPU
锐龙AIMAX 385：8核心CPU、32核心GPU
