消息面上，10月21日，中国东方教育发布公告，公司全资拥有的安徽万通高级技工学校已经由安徽省人民政府正式升格为安徽万通技师学院。华西证券指出，短期来看，随着成本控制业绩有望持续超预期中期来看，预计招生正常化后长期生增长逐步恢复；公司长期优势在于就业竞争力、针对市场变化快速调节课程的能力，公司第一所技师学院资质已经获批，待更多区域中心建设完成后获批技师学院资质、从而有望拉长学制。
