智通财经APP讯，INTERRA ACQ-Z(07801)发布公告，如先前公告所披露，股份赎回已于2024年10月8日完成。股份赎回后，公司已发行股份总数由1.25亿股降至3598.5万股，导致余下股东的持股百分比增加。
根据截至本公告日期透过香港法例第571章证券及期货条例第XV部的权益披露备档向公司披露的资料，公司注意到上市规则所界定的公司主要股东名单有所变动。因此，公司知悉其公众持股量已降至约11.00%，其已低于上市规则第 18B.05条及第8.08(1)(a)条所规定的已发行股份总数的25%。
由于股份赎回后公众持股量百分比下降至15%以下，应公司要求，公司股份及上市认股权证将于2024年11月1日上午九时正起暂停于联交所主板买卖。
由于公众持股量不足纯粹由股份赎回引致，公司已向联交所申请豁免严格遵守上市规则第18B.05条及第8.08(1)(a)条。
公司将采取适当措施，以遵守相关上市规则的规定并将于适时另行刊发公告。
