Waste Management (WM) said Monday it completed the acquisition of Stericycle (SRCL).
The waste management company sealed an agreement in June to acquire Stericycle for $62 per share in cash for a total enterprise value of $7.2 billion.
Stericycle shares will stop trading on the Nasdaq from Monday, Waste Management said.
