Renova (TYO:9519) said its subsidiary, Second Solar Power G.K., has signed a Virtual Power Purchase Agreement to supply non-FIT non-Fossil Certificates from newly developed solar power plants to a domestic consumer, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Effective immediately, the 20-year agreement aims for annual electricity production of roughly 38 GWh from a contracted capacity of 18 MW, with a maximum potential of 36 MW.
