智通财经APP讯，中国交通建设(01800)公布，于2024年11月1日，中交集团、中交房地产、中交地产(两者均为中交集团附属公司)、中交投资及一公局集团(两者均为该公司附属公司)订立股权转让协议。据此，中交集团、中交房地产、中交投资及一公局集团分别同意向中交地产出售中交服务10%、51%、15%及24%股权，代价分别为人民币6999.484万元、3.57亿元、1.05亿元及1.68亿元。公司预期因出售事项产生的总收益为约人民币1.56亿元。
于出售事项完成后，中交集团将透过中交地产持有中交服务100%的股权。中交集团为根据中国法律成立的国有企业，乃该公司的控股股东，于本公告日期持有该公司已发行普通股约59.42%的权益。
公告称，公司为全球领先的特大型基础设施综合服务商，其核心业务为向全球各类客户提供投资、设计、建设、运营与管理等交通基础设施项目的综合解决方案服务，而中交服务主要从事物业管理，与公司的主营业务相关性有限。通过出售事项，该公司将能更专注于自身主营业务的发展，资源投入更加集中，进一步增强公司的核心竞争力，盈利能力亦将得到进一步提升，从而有利于实现公司及其股东的整体利益。
