智通财经APP讯，MS CONCEPT(08447)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年9月30日止六个月期间取得不多于1400万港元的未经审核综合亏损，相比去年同期则取得130万港元的未经审核综合亏损。就董事经作出一切合理查询后所深知、全悉及确信，本年度取得未经审核综合亏损乃主要由于本期间集团餐厅的访客人数较截至2023年9月30日止六个月下跌。
公告称，于本期间，中国香港(下同)的餐饮业费受到经济放缓及市民对餐饮习惯改变的影响，香港人以跨境消费作为消闲活动越趋频繁及趋势增加，导致周末香港商场及街市人流减少，并影响集团餐厅的访客人数。
