智通财经APP讯，威雅利(00854)发布公告，董事会预期，对比截至2023年9月30日止6个月(2024财年上半年)取得综合净亏损约9530万港元，集团2025财年上半年(截至2024年9月30日止6个月)将有可能取得综合净亏损约6210万港元。
公告称，2025财年上半年预期综合净亏损减少主要因为：(i)2025财年上半年人民币兑港元贬值导致汇兑亏损约270万港元，而2024财年上半年则有重大汇兑差额约1540万港元;(ii)融资成本减少约1390万港元，主要由于2025财年上半年的银行借贷水平较2024财年上半年为低;(iii)集团若干贸易应收款项于2025财年上半年的减值拨回净额约640万港元，而2024财年上半年的减值亏损净额为840万港元;及(iv)2025财年上半年员工成本减少约1390万港元，此乃由于集团主动检讨及精简其成本结构，旨在于其各项营运中实现更佳资本效益所致。
