乐居财经 王敏 11月8日，祥生控股集团(02599)发布公告，披露了港交所上市委员会关于取消其上市地位的决定。

根据公告，祥生控股集团未能在2024年10月2日的复牌截止日期前履行复牌指引，因此港交所上市委员会决定取消公司股份的上市地位。除非公司申请复核除牌决定，否则股份的上市地位将于2024年11月11日上午9时起取消。

官网资料显示，祥生集团成立于上世纪80年代初，总部位于浙江杭州，公司业务包括地产开发、特色小镇、建筑安装、物业服务、酒店旅游等。

数据显示，8月单月，祥生控股集团实现合约销售额约为1.81亿元；合约建筑面积约为13,937平方米；平均合约售价约为12,962元/平方米。1-8月累计合约销售总额约为26.27亿元，与去年前8月销售额106.15亿元相比减少75.25%；累计合约建筑面积约为198,607平方米；平均合约售价约为13,228元/平方米。
