CSW Industrials (CSWI) said Thursday it has deployed $40 million for the acquisition of PF Waterworks, a provider of drain management solutions.
The acquisition, funded with cash on hand, is expected to be accretive to earnings per share in its first full year of ownership, the company said.
Shares of CSW Industrials were up about 1.8% in recent trading.
