智通财经APP获悉，金石控股集团(01943)尾盘闪崩，股价一度重挫逾76%。截至发稿，跌72.9%，报0.168港元，成交额6385.19万港元。
消息面上，今年7月中旬，银涛控股发布公告，该公司董事会建议将公司英文名称由“Silver Tide Holdings Limited”更改为“King’s Stone Holdings Group Limited”，并将公司中文外文双重名称由“银涛控股有限公司”更改为“金石控股集团有限公司”。相关变更于今年9月25日生效。
银涛控股2024年年度业绩显示，全年收益4.53亿港元，同比增加21.7%；录得亏损3,209万港元，相比上年度纯利497万港元，由盈转亏。预期亏损净额主要由于集团于本年度承建的若干项目所取得的毛利减少，原因是取得额外分包成本；本年度因发放一次性员工花红而导致行政开支增加；其他收入及收益因本年度的政府补贴减少而减少；及本年度贸易应收款项的减值亏损拨备增加。
