消息面上，11月6日，上海电气集团股份有限公司发布股票交易异常波动公告，公司A股股票于11月4日、11月5日、11月6日连续3个交易日内收盘价格涨幅偏离值累计超过20%，公司A股股票于11月6日的收盘价格较10月18日的收盘价格涨幅已达138.50%，存在短期涨幅较大后的下跌风险。截至11月6日，公司A股股票市盈率为588.98，显著高于行业平均水平。
据悉，上海电气近日宣布，拟以现金方式从控股股东上海电气集团手中收购宁笙实业100%股权，交易价格达30.82亿元。而宁笙实业旗下核心资产为上海发那科机器人有限公司。中信证券指出，随着科技企业不断推出新的机器人产品，机器人产业的发展步伐正在加快。因此，中信证券建议投资者关注那些在机器人领域提供整机和零部件的公司。
