富智康与鸿海科技集团签署租赁协议 年度上限增至610万美元
财中社11月6日电富智康集团（02038）发布公告，宣布与鸿海科技集团签署租赁收入补充协议，明确在租赁收入框架协议期限内，特定租赁协议的租期不得超过10年。该协议自2024年11月6日起生效，涉及的租赁收入交易将持续至2025年12月31日。
根据公告，租赁收入交易的年度上限已进行修订。修订后的年度上限为610万美元，较之前的上限有所提高。公告指出，截至2023年12月31日的三年实际交易金额分别为586万美元、546万美元和530万美元，2024年上半年的实际交易金额为228万美元，显示出公司与鸿海科技集团的持续交易关系稳定且具有增长潜力。
