Digiwin's (SHE:300378) Taipei-based subsidiary Data Systems Consulting changed its name to Data Systems, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The subsidiary, established in 2007, has a registered capital of NT$480.1 million. It provides information software services, among others.
Shares of the software developer were down 2% in recent trade.
