智通财经APP讯，金慧科技(08295)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年9月30日止6个月(该期间)将取得公司拥有人应占净亏损约人民币5210万元，而集团于去年同期取得公司拥有人应占净溢利约人民币1150万元。
公告称，预测的公司拥有人应占溢利转为亏损主要由于该期间员工成本、分包费、租金开支、折旧及摊销开支增加，对集团毛利率及经营溢利造成不利影响。成本及开支增加的原因是集团预先筹备扩充人员、设备及扩建工作环境，以积极应对人工智能等新技术带来的商业变革，以及若干新联络中心于规划的时间框架内尚未达到最优的营运规模。
