* TERNIUM EXPECTS A SLIGHT SEQUENTIAL INCREASE IN ADJUSTED EBITDA FOR THE FOURTH QUARTER OF 2024 DUE TO IMPROVED MARGINS PARTIALLY OFFSET BY A REDUCTION IN SHIPMENTS

* TERNIUM: APPARENT DEMAND IN MEXICO AND BRAZIL IS ANTICIPATED TO DECLINE DUE TO YEAR-END SEASONALITY IN THE FOURTH QUARTER

* TERNIUM: APPARENT DEMAND IN ARGENTINA IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN RELATIVELY STABLE, ALBEIT AT LEVELS BELOW HISTORICAL VOLUMES
