普甜食品(01699.HK) 公布，于2024年10月14日，就拖欠呈请人朱剑豪的待付薪金，对公司提出一项清盘呈请，该呈请已排期于2024年12月18日在香港高等法院聆讯。由于公司已于11月1日与呈请人达成和解建议，呈请人已于昨日(4日)向高等法院提交同意传讯以撤回呈请。
应公司要求，股份已自2023年4月3日起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌直至另行通知为止，以待达成复牌指引及其任何补充或修订要求。
普甜食品表示，自2022年起养猪产业链的应收款项周转期持续恶化，令公司的销售及营运管理面临重重困难，在现金流严重紧张的情况下，预期2024年营业额及毛利率将持续大幅下降，惟截至目前公司业务营运于所有重大方面继续如常运作，董事会将继续评估及监察暂停买卖对于营运及财务表现的影响。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
