智通财经APP获悉，中国太阳能技术供应商斯凯蒙太阳能集团(PN.US)周二向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请。这家总部位于中国宁波的公司计划以每股4美元至5美元的价格发行270万股股票，筹资1200万美元。按拟议发行价区间的中点计算，斯凯蒙太阳能集团的市值将达到1.25亿美元。
斯凯蒙太阳能集团通过其在中国的子公司开展业务，生产和销售太阳能光伏产品(如太阳能电缆和连接器)，同时也销售高性能计算产品。
斯凯蒙太阳能集团成立于2011年，在截至2024年3月31日的12个月里营收为5100万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为“PN”。该公司于2023年12月19日秘密提交了申请。Cathay Securities是此次交易的唯一簿记行。
