智通财经APP讯，*ST东园(002310.SZ)发布公告，公司全资子公司东方风景文旅产业发展(北京)有限公司(简称“东方风景”)牵头的联合体近日参与了万宁市港北区域生态环境治理及海洋新经济示范区EOD项目实施主体(第二次)投标，招标人为万宁市生态环境局。2024年11月5日，海南省公共资源交易服务平台发布了中标候选人公示公告。项目金额：26.91亿元(其中生态环境治理投资4.8亿元，产业开发项目投资16.04亿元)，项目工期：总工期7300日历天(其中：建设工期：1095日历天，运营期：6205日历天)。公示期限：2024年11月5日至2024年11月8日。
EOD模式，全称是生态环境导向的开发模式(Ecology-Oriented Development)，是将公益性生态环境治理项目与收益性关联产业一体化实施、在项目范围内力争实现项目整体收益与成本平衡的新型项目组织实施方式。该项目为公司在EOD领域的重要探索之一，后续若能顺利中标、签订合同并实施该项目，将为公司持续发展提供业务支持。该项目的履行不会影响公司经营的独立性。
