智通财经APP讯，东银国际控股(00668)发布公告，于2024年11月7日，合营公司(根据中国法律成立的中外合营企业，于本公告日期由公司透过东盈投资拥有77.58%)的直接全资附属公司东锐与上海翃眩订立保理协议，据此，东锐同意于签署保理协议日期起计一年期限内提供融资，保理本金额为人民币4100万元，由上海翃眩的保理客户向上海翃眩转让的应收账款作抵押。
