消息面上，10月17日，世茂服务发布9月第三方市场拓展成绩，在住宅、政府后勤、产业园、企业后勤、城市综合体、学校业态共拓展12个项目。住宅方面，世茂服务拓展了浙江杭州云厦连园项目、重庆世茂雅庭项目、海南三亚万科公园荟案场项目。
此外，10月31日，世贸服务间接全资附属公司成都世茂天成与合营伙伴订立投资协议，据此，订约方同意成立合营公司，旨在中国建设、安装施工、运营及投资电动车充电站及其相关业务。据悉，注册资本为人民币4亿元，其中成都世茂天成出资人民币1.96亿元，持股比例为49%，合营伙伴出资人民币2.04亿元，持股比例为51%。
