德信中国(02019.HK) 表示，于10月30日接获开元信德会计师事务所通知，表示其在考虑了包括可用内部资源等多项因素后，决定不再在即将召开的股东周年大会上寻求再续任核数师，开元信德确认并无任何需要提请公司证券持有人或债权人注意的事项。
公司表示，清盘人将物色合适的替任人，于开元信德退任后尽快填补空缺。
德信中国的股份已自今年6月11日起停牌，并将继续停牌直至另行通知为止。(gc/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
