智通财经APP获悉，中国智能科技(00464)早盘飙升逾162%，截至发稿，涨162.3%，报0.32港元，成交额677.97万港元。
消息面上，中国智能科技发布公告，于2024年11月4日，该公司拟向陈慧茹发行6000万股认购股份，每股认购股份0.1港元，较当日收市价每股0.122港元折让约18.03%。待完成认购事项后，认购事项净筹约600万港元，将用作一般营运资金。
此前，中国智能科技发布截至2024年3月31日止年度的末期业绩，该集团取得收益1.81亿港元，同比增加7.29%；公司持有人应占亏损1550.7万港元，同比减少65.06%；每股亏损3.16港仙。公告称，收益增加是由于资讯科技服务分部收益增加约6593.5万港元及电子美发产品分部收益减少约5364万港元的综合影响。
