智通财经APP讯，天成控股(02110)公布，于2024年11月7日，该公司全资附属公司深圳市天成控股有限公司与广州云达供应链管理有限公司(广州云达)订立策略合作协议。
根据该合作协议，广州云达为开拓国内业务网络需求，计划为其客户提供增值康养服务及相关产品。订约双方同意就健康咨询服务及干细胞相关产品(主要用于增强免疫系统及修复膝盖软骨等)方面紧密合作。
