金吾财讯 | 中国生物制药(01177)公布，集团联合开发的KRAS G12C抑制剂格索雷塞片“Garsorasib”(商品名：安方宁)已获得中国国家药品监督管理局的上市批准，用于治疗至少接受过一种系统性治疗的KRASG12C突变型的晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)成人患者。据悉，格索雷塞是一款新型、高效的KRASG12C抑制剂，可抑制KRASG12C的致癌信号传导，抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，从而实现抗肿瘤作用。2023年8月，公司附属公司正大天晴药业集团股份有限公司(“正大天晴”)与益方生物科技(上海)股份有限公司(“益方生物”)签署独家许可与合作协议。
