财中社11月11日电 国银金租（01606）发布公告，宣布公司与科学城（广州）投资集团有限公司于2024年11月11日签订了一份融资租赁合同。根据合同，出租人以13亿元的代价购买租赁物，并同意将该租赁物出租给承租人，租赁期为60个月。租赁物为位于中国广东省的污水处理环保设备，评估值约为16.2亿元。
根据上市规则第十四章，由于本次交易的最高适用百分比率高于5%但低于25%，因此构成须予披露交易，需遵守相关申报及公告规定，但豁免遵守通函及股东批准的要求。租金为含增值税的租金，承租人需在租赁期内每半年分期支付租赁本金和利息，总租赁利息约为2.5亿元。租赁期满后，承租人可按名义价格100元购回租赁物。
