金融界11月11日消息，义合控股公布2023/2024年度年报的补充公告。年报中显示，公司对股份奖励计划做出了一些规定：股份奖励计划的每位参与者可获授权益上限，授出的奖励股份不会超过在相关授出日期已发行股份的1%；根据股份奖励计划授出的奖励的归属期，会由董事会任命的股份奖励计划信托受托人在信托形式下判断；若未在接到通知后十个营业日内以书面形式通知接纳相关奖励，获选参与者将视为无条件拒绝接受奖励。上述补充资料并不影响年报中的其他数据，所有其他资料均保持不变。
