日清食品与日清亚洲合资成立澳洲即食面公司
日清食品（01475）发布公告，宣布于2024年11月11日与日清亚洲签订合营协议，成立合营公司，位于澳洲新南威尔士州。公司将以现金注资102万澳元（约523万港元），持有合营公司51%的股份，而日清亚洲持有49%。合营公司的初步出资总额为200万澳元（约1026万港元），将由各方根据预期业务发展需求公平协商确定。
合营公司将专注于在澳洲和新西兰市场的即食面、零食及其他食品的进口和销售。根据世界即食面协会的数据，澳洲即食面市场在2019年至2023年间实现了4.5%的复合年增长率，而新西兰则为5.1%。随着亚洲移民人数的增加，这一增长趋势预计将持续，合营公司将有助于公司加强市场推广和销售网络，进一步拓展收入基础。
