智通财经APP讯，云南水务(06839)公布，于2024年11月12日，凯发新泉公用事业(公司全资附属公司)(作为卖方)及灌云县水务集团有限公司(作为买方)订立产权交易合同。据此，凯发新泉公用事业拟向灌云县水务集团有限公司出售凯发新泉自来水(灌云)有限公司100%股权，代价为人民币2.48亿元。 该集团预期取得有出售事项未经审核收益约为人民币2331万元。
据悉，标的公司拥有一个供水项目及一座自来水厂，日生产规模总量约为10万吨。
基于公司战略发展及内部管理的需求，公司决定进行出售事项。董事认为出售事项将通过补充公司营运资金以支持其现有业务运营，从而缓解集团目前的财务困难，并降低公司的债务水平及资产负债率。
