煜盛文化(01859)发布公告，于2024年11月8日，联交所通知本公司，上市委员会根据上市规则第6.01A条，决定取消本公司股份在联交所的上市地位(除牌决定)，因为本公司未能于2024年9月30日前达成复牌指引及恢复股份买卖。
根据上市规则第2B章，本公司有权于发出除牌决定日期起七个营业日内(即2024年11月29日或之前)将除牌决定提呈至联交所上市复核委员会以作复核(复核)。倘本公司决定不复核，本公司股份的最后上市日期为2024年11月22日(最后上市日期)，而其股份的上市地位将于2024年11月25日上午九时正起取消。
