　　中科生物（01237）发布公告，因中主环球会计师事务所有限公司缺乏足够的资源处理集团截至2024年12月31日的合并财务报表审计，故中主环球已辞任公司核数师，自2024年11月11日起生效。

　　经审计委员会推荐，其议决委任奥柏国际会计师事务所为公司新任核数师，以填补因中主环球辞任而造成的临时空缺，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束时为止。
