智通财经APP讯，建业实业(00216)发布公告，根据对集团截至2024年9月30日止六个月未经审核综合管理账目的初步审阅，该集团预期将取得不多于港币7500万元的公司拥有人应占亏损净额，比对截至2023年同期则取得公司拥有人应占亏损净额约200万元。
董事会认为，该预期亏损主要是由于:(1)集团位于广州北京南路的住宅项目预售单位所产生的物业销售因项目延期竣工而延迟确认，导致集团收入大幅减少。尽管如此，我们已于2024年11月4日成功获得该项目的竣工证明书，因此，预计相关销售额约人民币3.5亿元将在2024/2025财政年度下半年及往后确认为收入。(2)于2024年9月30日，受到中国香港及中国大陆物业市场下调的影响，该集团于香港及中国大陆的投资物业重估产生约港币1.6亿元的公平值亏损(2023年：公平值收益约港币2220万元)。该公平值亏损乃属非现金性质，不会影响集团的整体财务状况。
上述部分被以下抵销:(3)与上年同期所占的亏损相比，所占联营公司溢利增加。转亏为盈归因于建筑相关业务的收入增加和利润率提高。
