消息面上，近日，中国稀土接受机构调研时表示，公司作为中国稀土集团的核心上市平台，将坚定不移落实高质量发展目标，积极契合稀土行业整合与绿色转型发展的有利时机，充分发挥自身在稀土产业运营与上市平台优势，适时推进内外部稀土资产整合重组，为推动稀土行业持续健康发展做出积极努力。后续，公司如有资产注入、并购等相关安排，且符合披露标准，公司将严格按照相会规定及时履行信息披露的义务。
据悉，多家龙头企业并购整合步伐也在加快。其中，中国稀土集团已全面完成中重稀土资源整合，北方稀土、盛和资源也相继加大了产业链投资整合力度。有业内人士认为，稀土作为我国全球优势产业，在全球地缘政治环境波动的背景下战略价值有望进一步提升，行业景气有望继续恢复。中长期看，政策叠加效益逐渐显现，稀土行业秩序将进一步规范，产品市场价格或将回归平稳区间。
