新龙国际(00529.HK) 早前公布，其全资附属SiS Distribution收购OneT Solutions已发行股份之100%，代价为416.5万新加坡元(折合约2,499万港元)。
新龙国际今日(13日)就上述交易发公告指，由于收购事项中协议约定的先决条件于完成日期尚未满足，经公司审慎考虑并经收购事项交易各方协商后，买方与卖方一致同意终止收购事项。
新龙国际亦透露，截至今日(13日)尚未向卖方支付任何款项，以及OneT Solutions的待售股份并未交付。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
