Fintech company Findi (ASX:FND) subsidiary, Transaction Solutions International (India), agreed to acquire Tata Communications Payment Solutions, a subsidiary of Tata Communications, for AU$75.7 million, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The acquisition will deliver Tata Communications Payment Solutions' 4,600 Indicash automated teller machine (ATM) network, as well as a White Label ATM platform with license, payments switch, and a further 3,000 ATMs, the filing said.
The transaction is awaiting approval from the Reserve Bank of India and the fulfillment of other conditions, according to the filing.
Findi shares rose nearly 9% in morning trade Friday and earlier hit their highest since September 2022.
