国金证券指出，十一月进入传统淡季，房企推盘积极性稳步回落。根据克而瑞调研数据，11月28个重点城市预计新增商品住宅供应面积620万平方米，环比-9%，同比-52%。该行认为，随着政策脉冲效应走弱，新房供给回落，房企营销活动减少等因素影响，或对11月新房销售额的上升形成一定制约。
摩根士丹利的研究报告指，内地10月二手房价按月微升，主要受益于政策放宽及季节性因素，认为新盘减少及近期的正面销售增长或可持续支持第四季楼价，但在政策影响减轻下须留意可持续性。该行指，在投资者信心回升，行业估值反弹至历史平均水平，认为持续的销售数字会维持好表现的关键。
