智通财经APP讯，中建富通(00138)发布公告，公司已获告知，为恢复本公司的最低公众持股量，于2024年11月11日及2024年11月12日， Capital Force International Limited于市场上合共出售332.2万股股份，相当于本公司已发行股份总数约0.21%。而对应的332.2万股股份已由公众人士持有。紧随上述事项后，于本公告日，本公司的公众持股为约4亿股，占已发行股份总数约25.01%，因此，本公司已恢复上市规则第8.08(1)(a)条规定的最低公众持股量应占已发行股份总数25%的水平。
