证监会公布，继早前与警方进行联合调查后，三宗大型和组织严密的“唱高散货”案件中的19名被告，昨日(12日)在区域法院应讯，涉嫌干犯与三间上市公司股份有关的证券欺诈及洗钱罪行，三间上市公司分别是永续农业(08609.HK) 、富汇建筑控股(现称富汇国际集团控股)(01034.HK) 、嘉艺控股(01025.HK)。
证监会表示，各被告在昨日的聆讯中无须答辩，有关案件已押后至明年3月25日。法院亦批准各被告在有条件下保释。
另外，涉及嘉艺控股案件中，区域法院较早前批准律政司的申请，将这宗案件与另一宗先前由东区裁判法院移交，并涉及相同集团一名涉嫌骨干成员的案件合并处理。(js/da)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
