财中社11月13日电中国外运（601598/00598）发布关于公司股票期权激励计划（第一期）第一个行权期第二次行权结果暨股份过户登记的公告。本次行权的股票数量为137万股，行权登记时间为2024年11月12日。此次行权的激励对象人数共计10人，行权占已授予期权总量的比例为1.86%。
本次行权所涉及的股票均来源于公司从二级市场回购的A股普通股股票，行权后公司无限售条件股份总数保持不变，为72.94亿股。公司已收到符合条件的10名激励对象缴纳的行权资金477万元。此次行权不会导致公司总股本发生变化，也不会对公司最近一期财务状况和经营成果产生重大影响。
2024年前三季度，中国外运实现收入858.72亿元，归母净利润28.25亿元。
