智通财经APP获悉，11月11日，药物临床试验登记与信息公示平台显示，加科思(01167)登记了一项评估JAB-23E73用于KRAS基因改变的晚期实体瘤的安全性、耐受性、药代动力学以及初步抗肿瘤活性的多中心、开放性I/IIa期研究。这是关于该药的首个临床试验。

医药魔方数据库显示，pan-KRAS抑制剂目前处于早期临床研究阶段。全球范围内，进入I期临床阶段的pan-KRAS抑制剂仅有7个，其中包括辉瑞的PF-07934040、百济的BG-53038和礼来的LY4066434等。

除了JAB-23E73外，加思科在KRAS抑制剂研发方面还有两款候选药物，分别是KRAS G12C抑制剂戈来雷塞和KRAS G12D 抑制剂JAB-22000，其中戈来雷赛已申报上市并被纳入优先评审，JAB-22000处于临床前研究阶段。
