智通财经APP获悉，澳博控股(00880)第三季转亏为盈赚1.01亿港元，经调整EBITDA好过市场预期，亦持续抢占市场份额。澳博人士消息指，将会尽方法令全年业绩不再见红，亦会积极处理高负债情况，包括寻求债务重组，并拟于业绩改善及银行同意时考虑重新派息。
消息人士表示，路凼项目“上葡京”会继续以市占率5%为目标，上季市占率为2.6%，“上葡京”明年将有超过10间餐厅及5万平方呎会展面积启用，连同邻近项目、由澳门政府开发并能容纳5万人的“澳门户外表演区”投入使用，上葡京所有东西将变得完整，有更多弹药去与其他对手拼搏。
至于“新葡京”方面，上述消息人士称，明年完成翻新后，原有贵宾厅将转为独立别墅、豪华套房，令客房数目增10%，今年从澳娱收购的新马路“金碧文娱中心”，将转型为美食集中地“金碧坊”，并于12月20日陆续开业。
财务方面，澳博控股第三季扭亏为盈，股东应占溢利为1.01港亿元，去年同期则为亏损4.1亿元；前9个月亏损收窄至6100万港元，去年同期亏损16.74亿港元。第三季博彩净收益为69.95亿港元，同比升29.23%；前9个月博彩净收益为198.92亿港元，同比升41%。
