智通财经APP讯，复旦张江(01349)发布公告，公司于近日分别收到杨宗孟、王海波发来的《关于减持复旦张江股份计划的告知函》，因自身资金需求，杨宗孟计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价的方式减持公司股份不超过1036.57万股，拟减持比例不超过公司总股本的1%;王海波计划自本公告披露之日起15个交易日后的3个月内通过集中竞价的方式减持公司股份不超过620万股，拟减持比例不超过公司总股本的0.60%。
