智通财经APP讯，朗廷-SS(01270)发布公告，根据构成朗廷酒店投资的信托契约第15.3条及朗廷酒店投资有限公司的公司章程细则第24.28条的规定，朗廷酒店管理人有限公司的董事会及公司的董事会可决定将凡在宣派分派日期起计六年后仍未领取的分派没收及复归本信托。董事会谨此通知本信托及公司的股份合订单位持有人，分别于2017年9月29日及2018年5月16日派付并于2024年12月16日(星期一)仍未领取的2017年中期分派及2017年末期分派将予以没收及复归本信托。
